This exceptional Ombligon micro-lot from producer Nestor Lasso is grown at over 1,750 meters in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia. Through carefully controlled oxidative and anaerobic fermentation with pulp juice recirculation, it develops intense, layered aromas. The cup bursts with ripe strawberry and raspberry jam, complemented by delicate peach sweetness and bright, vibrant acidity, resulting in a wonderfully fruity, complex and balanced coffee.
