At xBloom, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your xBloom account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all coffee beans remain sealed and any hardware accessories are protected to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to xBloom
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of initiating the return.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
